Do I need tickets?
Admission and parking are typically free for most events. However, select events—such as truck and tractor pulls—may require tickets and/or paid parking. Be sure to check event details in advance for specific requirements.
Can I reserve overnight camping?
Yes! Overnight camping is available for contestants and guests, especially those traveling with horses. For those traveling across country, please refer to the Horse Hotel. Where should spectators park?
Spectator parking is available near the main entrance of the facility. Please note that parking spaces in front of Cowpokes are reserved for their customers only.
We kindly ask all guests to be courteous when parking:
- Do not block trailer access or doors
- Avoid parking near manure pits to allow staff to maintain the facility
Is trailer parking available for participants?
Absolutely. We offer ample space to accommodate trailers and RVs, including:
• Nearly 220 RV camping sites with water access
- 50-amp service sites located round the main arena
- 30-amp service sites located throughout the grounds
• Approximately 20 additional camping sites near the second covered barn
Parking in front of an empty campsite could result in a vehicle being towed at the owner expense.
How can I find directions to the venue?
The C Bar C Expo Center is located in Cloverdale, Indiana, just off I-70 in central Indiana. It is approximately 32 miles west of the Indianapolis International Airport, making it easily accessible for visitors.
